Vegan Choco Tofu mousse from Valentina
Let's celebrate "National chocolate mousse day", with the best recipe for a delicious Vegan Choco Tofu mousse from my_vegan_fam!
You will need
- 400g silken tofu
- 180g dark chocolate
- Maple syrup
- Cinnamon
- Decorations (cacao nibs, grated coconut, edible flowers, berries)
How to make it
- You break the chocolate bar into pieces and melt it in a pot on low fire.
- Drain the tofu and add it to the chocolate.
- Mix with a hand mixer, and add cinnamon and maple syrup to taste.
- Decorate and let set for at least 1h.
