Easy vegan parmesan from Valentina
Who wouldn’t like a tasty vegan Parmesan? Valentina from my_vegan_fam, is sharing with us her yummy recipe!
What do you need
- 100g cashews
- 50g white almonds
- 4 heaping TBS nutritional yeast
- 1/3 tsp garlic powder
- 1 flat tsp fine sea salt
Instructions
Grind everything in a Vitamix or strong food processor, as quick as possible. Watch out not to warm up the nuts or it will turn into a paste!
