Minced garlic: Use 1/2 teaspoon of jarred minced garlic in place of each clove.
Storage and shelf life
Store minced garlic in a cool, dry, airtight container, away from the sunlight and heat. Granulated garlic is less likely to clump in the bottle than garlic powder.
Minced garlic, when stored properly, will retain flavor and potency for up to 2 years.

How to use
Dried Minced garlic is dried garlic that has been coarsely ground into small chunks. It’s made by drying fresh garlic cloves and then cutting the cloves into small chunks. It is greatly used as a seasoning for sauces and dry rubs because of how well it distributes the garlic flavor in a dish without adding moisture.
Minced garlic has a more potent and concentrated taste so use 1/2 tsp. of granulated garlic when substituting it for fresh garlic clove.
