About Rapeseed Oil Organic
Rapeseed oil is a vegetable oil extracted from the seeds of the rape plant. It is known as canola oil in North America. The largest producer of rapeseed in the world is Canada.
Rapeseed oil has significantly less saturated fat—an average of 10 grams less per tablespoon—and has more monosaturated fats (the good kind) and omega-3 fatty acids. That makes it if not the healthiest, one of the healthiest vegetable oils. It is also a rich source of vitamin E.

How to use
Rapeseed oil is a kitchen workhorse that can take on nearly anything you want to make. This oil is flavourless, making it an excellent carrier of flavour and allowing other ingredients, like spices, to really shine during cooking. It’s good for frying—both deep-frying (has a really high smoke point) and as the griddle oil for pancakes, eggs, and other fried foods—sautéing, and a small amount will grease baking pans. It is often found in baked goods like cookies, muffins, and cakes in place of butter, reducing saturated fat content. It is also widely used in broths and soups, and fillings for wontons and similar dumpling foods. You can also use it for cold dishes like salad dressings.
