Pistachios need always to be stored in an airtight container. If you are planning to consume them in a later point you can also put them in the fridge that will prolong their shelf life.

Storage and shelf life

Store pistachio in a cool, dry, airtight container, away from the sunlight and heat

Pistachio, when stored properly, will keep their taste and texture for 1 month. For longer storage, keep them in an airtight container in the fridge up to 6 months or in the freezer up to 1 year.

Shipping and delivery

The product is available for delivery and pick up from our store in de Pijp.

The product is delivered in recycled paper bags.

The product is not irradiated and do not contain any ingredient or additive derived from or produced using GMOs or their derivatives. We always try each batch for freshness and taste as soon as they arrive to our store to ensure that meets our standards.
Local: Pistachios are not available in NL. Iran is one of the largest exporters of high quality pistachios
Our impact: We buy from our supplier in bulk in large quantities and in compostable packaging and therefore conscious of our environmental footprint.
Organic: Our cashew nuts are organically certified by SKAL, the Dutch national certifier for organic produce and products (NL-BIO-01)
