Our organic white mulberries are sweet similar to figs and consistency to a raisin but with much less sugars. Rich in nutrients, they are becoming a staple superfood. Sprinkle these delicious berries over muesli, granola, oatmeal, yoghurt, use them in your baking or eat straight as a healthy snack.

About Mulberries White Organic

Traditionally white muberries have been used to strengthen the immune system; they contain compounds that increase the activity of white blood cells, enhancing the immune system.

White mulberries are rich in antioxidants; particularly anthocyanins, which have been researched for their cardioprotective effects.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, white mulberries are said to act on the meridians of the heart, liver, kidneys, lungs and spleen.

Storage and shelf life

Store organic dried white mulberry in a dry and sealable food storage container – we recommend glass. Keep the container in a cool, dry and dark area out of the sun and heat. Sunlight and heat can reduce the nutritional and flavoring quality of the mulberry. Keep the container away from liquids that may leak into it.

Organic dried white mulberry, when properly stored, have a shelf life for up to 1 year.

Shipping and delivery

The product is available for delivery and pick up from our store in de Pijp.

The product is delivered in recycled paper bags.
