This tomato puree is produced according to an entirely Calabrian processing method.Excellent quality tomatoes, carefully selected and processed within a few hours of harvesting, passed through a loose-mesh sieve capable of eliminating seeds and skins, but at the same time useful for guaranteeing a full-bodied and tastier cut.
Cooked at a low temperature and very slowly to preserve the organoleptic characteristics and high density.
The high quality of the raw material allows us to avoid the use of citric acid and added salt.
