This is a limited edition ferment made in the traditional Portuguesse Peri Peri style using birds eye chillies but then with Pumpkin added to the ferment. It's a punchy addition for the winter. Fermented for 7 days in small batches. Plant-based. Gluten free. Preservative free. Plastic free.
