PURE FERMENTED SERRANO CHILI SAUCE. The Almighty. I am a tasty cousin of that sauce that everyone has in the fridge and that starts with T, but more sophisticated and elegant. Clean, light, free of embellishments. I'm simple and I don't peak much, but I don't lose the complexity in the flavor, nor the depth in the aroma that my 3 years of fermentation give me.
