About Organic Chaga Mushroom Powder

Chaga mushroom (Inonotus obliquus) comes from the northern regions of Scandinavia. The mushroom is harvested in winter when the active ingredients are at their strongest.

The ‘diamond of the forest’ has been used by the Ainu people of East Asia for at least 600 years, perhaps longer.

Chaga helps with stiff muscles, supports the immune system and aids digestion. Chaga contains many different active substances, such as antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, phenols and enzymes that can be used very well for powerful teas and tinctures.

Our Chaga comes directly from the forests of Sweden where it is harvested and dried.

Storage and shelf life

Chaga will last 10-12 months when store in a cool dried place. They will last longer if frozen. We recommend using a glass container with a tight seal.

Shipping and delivery

The product is available for delivery and pick up from our store in de Pijp.

The product is delivered in recycled paper bags.

Nutricional information

Chaga’s nutiritional value is very dependpent upon how it is consumed. For example, Chaga has nearly no calories when served as a tea. When consumed unextracted, 100g of Chaga has:
