Aged Balsamic Vinegar. A short stay in oak barrels increases the concentration and aromatic intensity of this balsamic vinegar, produced from the grapes of our private vineyards. Pleasant aromas of sour fruit jam meet the “nerve” of the vinegar. Soursweet, medium body, lively with a caramel finish.
