About Yerba Leek Ash 100g (V)
The Leek ash Yerba cheese is rolled in burned leek ash. As part of a no-waste practice the softer parts of the leek are used to cook the dishes on the menu and the tough outer leaves and roots are burned on a grill and used for the leek ash. This way, every part of the plant serves a purpose.

Storage and shelf life
Always keep the vegan cheese in the fridge. Since is a product of fermentation if stays in room temperature will continue to ferment.
