A natural wine that combines oxidative honey & nuts notes with crystal clear fruit like unripe peach and notes of acacia. Medium but relatively thick mouth feel with a fine balance. It is a wine that can be enjoyable and complex at the same time.
Roditis is a pink-skinned grape variety indigenous to Greece and a key component in creating a variety of white wines. Despite its pink hue, a unique vinification process yields white wines, making it a distinct and versatile variety that is used for single varietal wines as well as for different blends.
