Greek Pine Honey is one of the rarest products in all over the world. Its impressive color, distinctive taste and its extremely thick texture make it so special. It is spicy and it tastes like toffee while the flavors of the various flowers and the fir that are given off, constitute a real feast of tastes and colors. Additional it has a natural property not to crystallise makes it ideal for any use.

Storage and shelf life

Store honey in a cool, dry, tinted airtight glass container or nonreactive metal container, away from the sunlight and heat. In all cases keep water and moisture away from your honey because these will cause fermentation and spoilage, unless you are making mead (fermented honey wine).

Honey, when properly stored, will remain safe to consume indefinitely. Over the year, it will lose color and some flavor. The low moisture content, low ph and antibacterial properties prevent spoilage.

Shipping and delivery

The product is available for delivery and pick up from our store in de Pijp.

Producer's impact: Our beekeeper is very respectful to his bees; no chemicals, no moving around every month, no sugars added to their honey. The bees are using the honey they produce during the winter period. They are left in the mountains supporting to plant pollination and continuation of healthy wild herbs.
