Origin: GreeceA staple of the greek taverna; grilled or fried saganaki cheese! A creamy yellow semi-hard cheese made out of the combination of cow, sheep and goat milk. It maintains it's shape that's why it's ideal to put directly into fire. It's great in salads but also as a stand alone appetizer.
