Learn how to make your own Miso with Marika, expert in all that is Koji related and fermentation.
After the success of last workshop she will be making Miso from Chickpeas this time!

The class is 1.5 hours and will include:

- introduction to the traditional way of making miso
- learning to balance the three essential ingredients: salt, koji and time
- making your own jar of miso using chickpeas and freshly made koji made on purpose by Marika
- at the end you will bring home a lot of informations to keep experimenting and your very own jar of self made miso
