Recognized for their antioxidant properties, fresh artichokes are cold processed, thus creating a high quality organic artichoke bruschetta which enhances and keeps the organoleptic properties of the fresh ingredient intact, enhancing its flavors and aromas.
Ingredients : Organic artichokes (50%), Organic EVO oil (41%), Organic wine vinegar, Organic parsley, salt, Organic garlic. Acidity regulator: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
