About Greek Feta Cheese Organic 200g
Feta Menikio” is produced from pasteurised fresh & organic sheep’s (70%) & goats’ (30%) milk that is received within 2-3h after milking. The organic milk originates from animals of local producers from the surrounding mountainous & lowland areas of Mountain Menikio. They are all certified for the production of high quality & nutritional value organic milk with respect to the environment but also the animal itself as well as its feed. It is produced with the addition to the pasteurized milk of traditional yoghurt culture, natural enzymes & lactic acid cultures, thus has very low lactose content & is highly digestible. “Menikio’s Organic Feta” is offered to consumers after maturation of 2 months in natural brine & offers a unique taste & aroma.
Storage and shelf life
Once open from the vacuum keep in a glass bowl. if the feta is covered by brine will last long in the fridge.

How to use
Feta goes well with everything! It's only to be used raw but its also delicious when is cooked. Try to put it in oven with onion, garlic, bell peppers and you get yourself a delicious appetizer.
