About Pea Protein Organic
Organic pea protein is made from organically cultivated peas which contains 80% protein content. The process of extraction involves cleaning, grinding, isolation of pea protein without use of chemical solvents. The liquid mixture contains both protein and starch, liquid goes into centrifuge, flash evaporation and spray dry that results organic pea protein isolate.
This protein is ideal as an alternative food for lactose intolerance and soy allergens and it contains all essential amino acids. This product is 100% plant based vegan protein which is highly digestible and makes it an important ingredient in many healthy food products.
This product is organic and acceptable for vegetarians, vegans, and lacto-vegetarians, as well as Kosher-certified. It is free from GMO, additives or not treated by any irradiation. Pea protein powder is naturally vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and does not contain any of the top eight food allergens — peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, fish, shellfish, cow’s milk, wheat and soy
Storage and shelf life
Store organic pea protein powder in a dry and sealable food storage container – we recommend glass. Keep the container in a cool, dry and dark area out of the sun. Sunlight can reduce the nutritional quality of the powder. Keep the container away from liquids that may leak into it.
Stored well, pea powder has a shelf life of 24 months

How to use
Protein contributes to the growth & maintenance of muscle mass, so to reap the benefits of this product we recommend adding 1 large scoop (30g) to 150-250ml of water or milk in a shaker 30 minutes before and/or after your workout. Alternatively consume any time of day to increase your daily protein intake.
Organic pea protein has emulsifying properties, good solubility, Maillard reaction, easy flowing all these make them to be used in bakery, pastry, confectionery, dairy products and desserts.
This protein has good meat binding properties (meat extender) or even texture (meat substitute) in different products like meats, steaks, nuggets, sauces, and other culinary dishes.
