About Kalamata Olive Tapenade Organic
Olive tapenade, as the name suggests, comes from France. However, the Greeks have mastered this delicious condiment! Our tapenade is made with ripe organic Kalamata olives together with lemon, oregano and thyme. So delicious that you will end up just eat off the spoon!
Storage and shelf life
Always keep the olive tapenade refrigerated. If you are planning to not consume for a longer period of time you can pour on top of the tapenade a layer of olive oil that will protect it.
We recommend to consume it in a month from purchase although we can guarantee that won't last a week at your fridge!

The product is delivered in recycled paper cups.

How to use
As an appetiser I like to use olive tapenade as an alternative to dip accompanied by some pencil thin bread sticks, carrot sticks and cherry tomatoes. You can spread it on small toasts or rusks, pita bread and spread some on chicken too. And it is great in pasta. I also use it in sandwiches instead of mayo. I make what I call a “Greek salad sandwich”.
